How does the free screen work?
Each customer account gets one permanent free screen, automatically assigned to a company you own. Creating more companies does not add free screens. Any gifted allowances appear in Settings. Business includes your free screen within its 30-screen total.
When am I charged, and can I cancel?
All prices are in USD and include VAT. Payment starts at checkout. Pro renews monthly or annually; Business renews annually. Annual plans are paid upfront. Cancel anytime to stop renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Your free allowance remains available. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed billing terms.
What happens if a screen goes offline?
Downloaded content can continue playing for up to 72 hours, subject to access and advert expiry. A subtle offline icon lets you know updates are unavailable.
Do I need to buy a player?
Use your own compatible Windows or Raspberry Pi device. Hardware and personal installation are separate from the subscription.
