Do I need to buy a special screen?
Use your own display with a Windows computer or try the Raspberry Pi 5 pilot. Hardware and installation are separate. See the player requirements and setup guides before choosing your equipment.
Can screens play without internet?
Pairing and media downloads require internet. After Player status confirms content is saved, cached media can play for up to 72 hours offline, or until access ends if sooner. The cache limit is 2 GB per screen. Browser storage must remain available, and new updates require a connection.
