A few practical details.

Can I edit menu prices without redesigning the board?

Yes. Choose a template and edit names, prices and photos directly from the preview. Drafts save automatically. Review and publish when you want your screens to update.

Can I show a menu all day without transitions?

Yes. Use a playlist with one still menu board or image. It stays on screen without repeated transitions while it is eligible to play. Schedules and access limits still apply.

Do I have to maintain a separate product catalog?

No. Add and edit menu items inside your board. The shared Products catalog is available when you want to reuse items across several boards. Shared edits stay in draft until you publish the affected boards.

Can I use portrait menu boards?

Yes. All 12 templates support landscape and portrait layouts. Preview the board and resolve any text-fit warnings before publishing.

Downloaded menus and media follow the same offline limits: up to 72 hours and 2 GB per screen, subject to access, content expiry and available browser storage.
