Do I need a playlist for a bulletin board?
No. Create your board, choose the screens and publish. Use a playlist only when you want to mix it with other content.
What happens to yesterday’s information?
Dated schedules, announcements and meals stop showing at midnight in your company’s time zone. The screen shows a fresh-day message until today’s information is published.
Can I use a bulletin board in a kindergarten?
Yes. Choose a playful kindergarten style with example activities, family reminders and meals, or use a calmer school design. All styles support landscape and portrait.
Can I show the weather and a clock?
Yes. The clock uses your company’s time settings. Weather is available for the listed locations and needs an internet connection; unavailable weather is clearly labelled.
Downloaded menus and media follow the same offline limits: up to 72 hours and 2 GB per screen, subject to access, content expiry and available browser storage.
